INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE

The Fund will seek opportunities for investment in the whole spectrum of alternative investment classes, including listed financial instruments on major global exchanges such as listed equities, bonds, derivatives, money market instruments, FX and listed collective investment schemes, illiquid instruments and non-publicly listed instruments, private equity, venture capital, real estate, real assets such as luxury goods, motor vehicles, and music and movie rights.

 

The objective of the Crona Income Sub-Fund is to actively manage a portfolio that is diversified across income-producing real estate assets in Europe, that will benefit its investors with competitive returns from a focus on residential, retail, and commercial real estate in specific and strategic locations. These investments will include direct purchase of properties for rental purposes (Buy to Let), thereby generating an ongoing income for the Sub-Fund.

 

The objective of the Crona Development Sub-Fund is to invest in real estate assets in Europe, develop or redevelop these so that investors benefit. The focus is on residential, retail and commercial real estate in specific & strategic locations.

 

The Crona Hospitality Sub-Fund seeks medium to long term capital appreciation by investing primarily in private equity investments related to hospitality in Cyprus and Europe in general.
