INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The Fund's primary Investment Objective is to achieve a long-term total return on capital, with an emphasis on income, by investing in a broad range of investments across all asset classes. The Fund and its Sub-Funds will in general have a preference for investments that are in the broad areas of healthcare and wellbeing, renewable energy, water, agriculture and environmentally responsible investments. The Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest through a number of Sub-Funds, each with a specific investment strategy and risk profile.
The Sub-Fund’s primary Investment Objective is to provide long term total return by primarily investing in real estate-related investments. These assets include but are not limited to securities issued by Cypriot companies or directly into Cypriot real estate. The Sub-Fund will have a preference to the Medical sector of the real estate market in Cyprus, but will consider attractive investments in all types of properties across sectors. The Sub-Fund follows the Investment Objective of the Fund, being to provide its Investors with total return over the medium and long term.
