RAIF 70 in the form of a public company by Investment Shares as an Open - Ended Investment Company of Variable Capital as provided for in Part VIII of the Alternative Investment Funds Law 124(i)/2018 and in any other law which replaces or amends it (the ‘’AIF Law’’).
