OUR SERVICES
Eleon Capital Management is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cyprus, to offer the following services to Professional and Well Informed Investors as these are defined in the Law regarding the provision of Investment Services:
AIFM
Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) within the provisions of the European Directives 2009/65/ΕC and 2011/61/EU. This allows us to manage any Alternative Investment Fund within the EU common market across a number of specialised alternative strategies.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Eleon Capital Management is also licensed for the management of portfolios of investments, including those owned by pension funds and institutions for occupational retirement provision in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 19 of Directive 2003/41/EC, in accordance with mandates given by investors on a discretionary, client-by-client basis.
WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Our Wealth Management offering provides individuals with discretionary Portfolio Management on the basis of a mandate, across all asset classes. The mandates are structured with a view to safeguard wealth and build long term value. As such we work with Tier 1 banks and custodians for the safekeeping client assets.
RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Every internally or externally managed AIF must implement a Risk Management system to identify, measure, assess and manage all key risks relevant to the investment strategy of each AIF under management and to which each AIF may be exposed.
Eleon Capital Management’s team of qualified and experienced Risk Managers can assist with the development of Risk Management Policies and Procedures (including Liquidity Risk Management), regulatory and internal reporting, ongoing monitoring of investment portfolios to ensure continuous
compliance with the set limits and bespoke Risk Management Reports and analysis including Key Information Documents (KIDs).
